Are all of your products made in Canada?

No, we have brands from all over the world that are made all over the world BUT we only use Canadian distribution and Canadian sales agencies! We do have a large assortment of goods that are made in Canada, our entire gifts & goods section and all of our Jewelry are brands made MADE IN CANADA or Canadian owned :)

 

What is your exchange policy?

All purchases are available for exchange or store credit (credits do not expire) within 14 days of purchase. Items must have original tags and receipt. Worn items will not be available for exchange or store credit and all sale items are final sale. No refunds, we’re just a tiny company. SHIPPING: Flat rate of 15.00 for all online orders, shipping is none refundable. City wide delivery is 9.00, address must be within city limits. Free home delivery for addresses in Crescentwood, river heights and tuxedo. The cost of shipping for a returned Item is the responsibility of the customer.    

Where does the name Margot + Maude come from?

The shop is named after two very famous Pugs! Valentino the Italian Fashion Designer had 6 pugs, Molly, Monty, Milton (RIP), Maggie and Sisters Margot & Maude! So this was the PERFECT name for a Pug obsessed Valentino Obsessed Fashion Obsessed shop owner ;)
